Speech Pathology Australia Professional Standards (2020) 3.5: 3.5 Implement and evaluate intervention or service response

Elements: (a) deliver the agreed intervention or service in a way that responds to the person's or community's capability and progress; (b) gather, record, analyse and share data that evaluate fidelity, the suitability of goals, plans and approaches, progress towards and achievement of goals, timing of and engagement with other services and supports, and when the service will end; (c) keep refining goals and adjusting delivery to meet needs; (d) counsel within the speech pathology role on communication and swallowing and refer to other professionals as needed.
