Speech Pathology Australia Code of Ethics (2020) U.1: Know and apply the Code

To keep their knowledge of the Code current, the speech pathologist: reads and complies with the Code; understands and complies with SPA policies and uses the resources available; discusses the Code with colleagues through case discussions, critique of articles and position papers, and reflection on their own practice; takes part in continuing professional development on the Code and ethical practice; and uses, completes and reflects on SPA's Ethics Education Resources. Members renew this commitment each year with their membership.
