Spain Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) DA 7: Publish administrative acts identifying people by name plus four random ID digits, never name with full ID number

Seventh additional provision: when publishing an administrative act with personal data, the person is identified by name and surnames plus four random digits of their national ID, foreigner number, passport or equivalent (alternating positions for multiple people); notification by public notice uses only the full document number; without such a document only the name is used; name and full document number are never published together.
