What does Art. 77 require?

Article 77 (paragraph 2 amended by Ley 11/2023): for constitutional bodies, courts, all public administrations and their bodies, independent authorities, the Bank of Spain, public law corporations, public foundations and universities, consortia and parliamentary and local political groups, the authority declares the infringement and orders corrective measures without administrative fines; it proposes disciplinary proceedings where warranted, names responsible officials who ignored technical advice with publication, informs the Ombudsman, and the AEPD publishes these resolutions identifying the body.
