What does Art. 4 require?

Article 4: data must be accurate and kept up to date; provided the controller takes all reasonable steps to erase or rectify without delay, it is not answerable for inaccuracy of data obtained directly from the data subject, from a sector-authorised intermediary (who bears responsibility for mismatched data), from another controller through portability, or from a public register.
