Spain ENS op.acc.1: Unique identification of users, roles and accounts

What does op.acc.1 require?

Every entity, user or process has a unique identifier (legally recognised identification systems may be used), separate identifiers per role (citizen, employee, administrator) so logs and privileges follow each profile; accounts are disabled when the user leaves or changes role or authorisation is withdrawn, and retained for the traceability period; electronic identification assurance levels follow eIDAS mapping to the authenticity level.
