South Korea PIPA 40: Engage with dispute mediation, collective mediation and class-type litigation

What does 40 require?

Articles 40 to 57: the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee mediates disputes (including collective mediation for 50 or more data subjects) and the controller should respond to requests for materials; qualified consumer and non-profit organisations may bring group actions for suspension of infringements where a controller rejects collective mediation.
