Supervised companies comply with FSC orders and reports, Financial Supervisory Service inspections and requests for material, attendance and statements; commercial enterprises outside FSC supervision provide material to and allow inspections by PIPC; licensed companies, bureaus and data agencies submit quarterly business reports signed by the representative by the end of the following month; and on notice about retired officers or staff, the head informs them and keeps a record (Articles 45, 45-3, 46 and 47).
