South Korea Credit Information Act 22-5: Conduct rules for sole-proprietor credit rating

What does 22-5 require?

Sole-proprietor credit rating considers favourable as well as adverse information, does not discriminate unreasonably between counterparties and others, does not force purchase of the company's or affiliates' products, and is governed by internal control standards on separating rating and sales, conflicts of interest, unfair practices and rating criteria suited to sole proprietors (Articles 22-3(3) and 22-5).
