Singapore Payment Services Act 2019 S94: Take reasonable care that information and documents given to MAS are not false or misleading
Any person (not only individuals, since the 2021 amendment) giving MAS information under the Act, or signing or electronically lodging a document with MAS, must use reasonable care that it is not false or misleading in a material particular, where no more specific offence applies; fines up to $100,000 for entities.
