Singapore Payment Services Act 2019 S14: Keep a permanent place of business, staff it for customer queries, keep books there and notify address changes within 7 days

A licensee must have a permanent place of business or registered office in Singapore, appoint at least one person to be present there on the days and hours MAS specifies to handle payment service users' queries and complaints (PSN07 sets at least 10 days a month and 8 hours on those days, save for notified closures or unforeseeable events), keep books of all payment service transactions there, and notify MAS within 7 days of any change of address of that office or any other place of business.
