Singapore Payment Services Act 2019 N-CAP: Maintain the base capital requirement at all times

Standard payment institutions must meet base capital of $100,000 and major payment institutions $250,000 under the Payment Services Regulations, on an ongoing basis, with a buffer (the guideline suggests 6 to 12 months of operating expenses) and monitoring to show the requirement is met at all times.
