On a written correction request the agency must correct the data as soon as practicable unless satisfied on reasonable grounds it should not, send the correction to organisations it disclosed the data to in the previous 12 months (unless they no longer need it), annotate the data with any correction requested but not made, inform the individual within 30 days if it cannot correct in time, apply the Annex D exceptions, and correct its own records when notified by another organisation.
