MAF paragraphs 3.45 to 3.51: give general information on whether and how AI is used in products and services, its role in decisions, benefits and risk mitigation (for example telling users they are chatting with a bot); consider disclosing how an AI decision may affect a consumer and whether it is reversible; adopt a policy on what explanations to give and when, applying the same disclosure standard as for human decisions; identify audiences (consumers, regulators, partners, board, staff) and meet the consumer's journey: awareness that a product is AI-enabled, expected behaviour, reasons for behaviour with preference settings, and reasons for decisions with a channel to contest certain ones.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
