Agentic AI framework: technical controls and processes – Singapore AI Governance Framework

Singapore AI Governance Framework AGT-2.3.2: Test agents end to end before deployment, individually and as a system, repeatedly and realistically

What does AGT-2.3.2 require?

Agentic framework 2.3.2: beyond software and LLM testing, test overall task execution, policy compliance including routing for human approval, tool calling (right tool, permissions, inputs, order) and robustness to errors and edge cases; test whole workflows including reasoning, agents individually and together for emergent behaviour, in realistic environments calibrated against real-world risk, repeatedly across varied datasets with perturbations; evaluate at scale mixing deterministic checks, LLM or agent evaluators and human review.
