Where the Secretary believes a relevant entity could not produce system information reports, it may be required by a system information software notice (up to 12 months, renewable) to install a specified program on the computer within the specified period, maintain it, and take all reasonable steps to keep the computer continuously supplied with an internet carriage service so the program can transmit operational information (not personal information) to ASD. Compliance to the extent capable; transmitted information is inadmissible against the entity except in proceedings for this duty.
