SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule 6-K: Form 6-K: furnish material cybersecurity incident information made public abroad

A foreign private issuer must furnish on Form 6-K information about a material cybersecurity incident that it makes or must make public under the law of its home jurisdiction, files or must file under the rules of a stock exchange, or distributes or must distribute to its security holders. The incident must be material to trigger the obligation.
