In the annual report (Form 10-K Part I Item 1C) describe the registrant's processes, if any, for assessing, identifying and managing material risks from cybersecurity threats in enough detail for a reasonable investor to understand them, addressing as applicable whether and how the processes are integrated into the overall risk management system or processes, whether assessors, consultants, auditors or other third parties are engaged in connection with them, and whether there are processes to oversee and identify such risks associated with the use of third-party service providers.
