Once the minimum hours and mandatory topics are met, members must, by 31 January after the CPD year, sign an annual declaration that their CPD was relevant, adequate and appropriate and formally submit their records; failing to declare or submit can lead to administrative or disciplinary action, and records are subject to random or targeted review, including technology-assisted review.
