RICS Rules of Conduct and Global Professional Standards CFC-3M: Money laundering and terrorist financing: member requirements

Members must never enable or take part in laundering or terrorist financing, must not ignore red flags, must report suspicions to the authorities specified by local law (recording them and telling a senior manager where there is no local law), must assess each transaction's characteristics and risks to set appropriate controls, and must avoid tipping off.
