Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 28: Make no misleading claims about an EHR system's purpose, interoperability or security

Article 28: information sheets, instructions, other accompanying information and advertising for EHR systems must not use text, names, trademarks, pictures or signs that mislead professional users about intended purpose, interoperability or security, by ascribing functions the system lacks, omitting likely interoperability or security limitations, or suggesting uses beyond the documented intended purpose. Article 29 lets Member States keep procurement, financing and reimbursement rules that do not affect the harmonised components.
