Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on deforestation-free supply chains 37: Apply the EU Timber Regulation to pre-2023 timber until 31 December 2029

What does 37 require?

Article 37 (replaced by Regulation 2025/2650): Regulation (EU) No 995/2010 is repealed from 30 December 2026 but continues to apply until 31 December 2029 to timber and timber products produced before 29 June 2023 and placed on the market from 30 December 2026; from 31 December 2029 such timber must meet Article 3 of this Regulation.
