Article 12(3) and (4): operators that are not SMEs or natural persons report publicly each year, as widely as possible including online, on their due diligence system and steps taken, including a summary of product information, the conclusions of risk assessments and mitigation measures with the evidence used, and where applicable the consultation of indigenous peoples, local communities and civil society; the report may be included in reporting under other Union value-chain due diligence acts.
