At any time the individual may withdraw prior consent to processing; object to processing that is not necessary for the purposes of collection or where the data are beyond what is required, discriminatory, unfair or illegal; request omission or erasure of their data in those cases, on cessation of the purpose, or where all justifications for keeping the data cease; and request correction, accompanied by proof of the accuracy of the request. The controller must honour these within the Minister's controls; the NCGAA Individuals' Rights guideline requires a response within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
