PTES PTES-5.3: Protect credentials and sensitive content in the report

The report protects the confidentiality of the systems and people it describes: passwords, including in encrypted form, are excluded or masked so recipients cannot recreate or guess them, and any content that could contain sensitive data (screenshots, tables, figures) is sanitised or masked so recipients cannot recover it. The report is delivered through the agreed encrypted channel.
