The data subject has the right to the updating, inclusion, rectification and erasure of their personal data where they are wholly or partly inaccurate or incomplete, where an omission, error or falsehood has been noticed, where they are no longer necessary or pertinent to the purpose, or where the period for their processing has expired; where the data had been transferred, the change is communicated to the recipients that continue processing, who also apply it; during the process the data are blocked from third-party access (except public entities needing them for their competences, which state that the process is pending); erasure in public data banks follows the Transparency and Access to Public Information Law.
