Where the data subject is a minor who is not sui juris by marriage or does not have that capacity under section 27 of the Civil and Commercial Code: if the minor's consent is not an act the minor may do alone under sections 22 to 24 of the Code, the consent of the holder of parental responsibility is also required; and if the minor is ten years old or under (the Thai text reads 'not over ten years', the English translation 'below ten'), consent is obtained from the holder of parental responsibility. For an incompetent person consent is given by the custodian, and for a quasi-incompetent person by the curator, each with power to act for that person. The same rules apply to withdrawal of consent, notices, the exercise of rights, complaints and any other act under the Act for these data subjects.
