PCI PIN Security 2-4: PCI PIN 2-4

Offline PINs verified by IC card are protected as EMV Book 2 and ISO 9564 require: enciphered to the card with an authenticated card encipherment key, or as a plaintext PIN block only where the PIN entry device and IC reader are integrated in a device meeting ISO 9564, and otherwise enciphered between them.
