PCI 3DS Core Security Standard P2-6.2.2: P2-6.2.2 Non-console HSM access originates only from the 3DE

At the ACS and DS, all non-console access to HSMs starts from a 3DE network. (Under the Technical FAQ Q3 alternative, non-console management and configuration access runs over a secure channel instead.) The assessor examines network and system configuration settings.
