PCI 3DS Core Security Standard P2-4.1.1: P2-4.1.1 Issuer and merchant user access to their own interfaces

Issuer and merchant users reaching their assigned interfaces (for example an API or web portal) to manage only their own accounts are limited to authorised people and must use a unique user ID with a strong password plus an additional form of strong authentication. The assessor examines the procedures and observes the controls.
