Data subjects may (a) know whether a bureau's database holds information on them and access it personally without restriction, (b) know clearly and precisely the state of their credit history through the reports issued, and (c) require the source of the information to update, rectify or delete unlawful, inaccurate or incomplete information and to pass the correction to the bureau. Information must be given clearly, without codes, with an explanation in accessible language where needed, and must cover the whole record even when only one aspect was requested; access, rectification, update or suppression of inaccurate or incomplete data is free of charge.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
