Processing any data of a person under sixteen needs the prior, express and informed consent of the holder of parental authority, guardianship or legal custody; processing sensitive data of adolescents from sixteen to majority needs the adolescent's express consent together with the authorisation of that holder. Consent must be obtained under conditions ensuring understanding, in language and means suited to age and development, with information simple, clear and accessible to the characteristics of the child or the adults, using audiovisual resources where appropriate.
