The data subject may have false, erroneous, incomplete or outdated data rectified. Where erroneous or outdated data were assigned or transferred internationally, the controller must notify the rectification to the recipient within five business days of becoming aware of the error, and during verification must block the data or flag that they are under review when supplying them.
