Oregon OSHA Construction Rules (OAR 437 Division 3) W-adopted: Comply with the adopted rollover protective structure and overhead protection requirements

What does W-adopted require?

Oregon adopts the federal subpart on rollover protective structures and overhead protection, so the employer ensures the listed material handling equipment (rubber-tired and crawler tractors and loaders, graders, scrapers, dozers, industrial tractors) is fitted with rollover protective structures meeting the rule's performance criteria, remounting and labelling requirements (1926.1000 to 1926.1002), and gives tractor operators overhead protection where required (1926.1003).
