Oregon Obtaining Contents of Communications (ORS 165.540) 165.540(1)(e): 165.540(1)(e) Do not use or divulge a communication obtained unlawfully

A person must not use, try to use, or divulge to others any conversation, telecommunication or radio communication obtained by means the section prohibits, subject to the public-concern exception in 165.540(8) for persons who did not take part in obtaining it.
