OpenSSF Best Practices Badge Criteria gold.crypto_tls12: crypto_tls12 (Gold, MUST)

Gold criterion crypto_tls12 (MUST; group Security, Use basic good cryptographic practices). Criterion text: The software produced by the project MUST, if it supports or uses TLS, support at least TLS version 1.2. Note that the predecessor of TLS was called SSL. If the software does not use TLS, select "not applicable" (N/A). This raises the silver criterion of the same name (there SHOULD) to MUST at the gold level.
