Policy must (a) be developed + implemented + maintained covering organisational commitment + how the organisation achieves accessibility through meeting AODA requirements + (b) be in writing + made publicly available + provided in accessible formats on request per IASR Section 3. Multi-year accessibility plan must (a) outline strategy to prevent and remove barriers + meet AODA obligations + (b) be posted on the website where applicable + (c) be reviewed and updated at least every 5 years + (d) be developed in consultation with persons with disabilities and accessibility committee where applicable.
