New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 4.3.18.C.05: 4.3.18.C.05 Statement of applicability for the system

The system owner should supply a statement of applicability for the system covering: (1) the NZISM baseline used to determine controls; (2) which controls apply to the system and which do not; (3) controls that apply but are not being met; and (4) any additional controls put in place because of the SRMP.
