New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 3.5.4.C.02: 3.5.4.C.02 User obligations for authenticators and account use

Every system user must: (1) protect account authenticators at the same classification as the system they secure; (2) not share account authenticators unless approval has been given; (3) be accountable for every action performed under their accounts; and (4) use their access only to carry out authorised tasks and functions.
