New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 13.2.13.C.01: 13.2.13.C.01 Warning notice on sanitised and reclassified media

For SECRET and TOP SECRET systems, when non-volatile media has been sanitised and given a new classification so it can be redeployed, agencies must attach a notice to it along these lines: warning, this media was sanitised and its classification changed from [classification] to [classification]; any further reduction in classification is possible only by destroying it.
