What does 11.5.16.C.02 require?

For CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET systems, where personal wearable devices exempted on medical grounds are used in secure areas, agencies must ensure that: (1) the agency networks in those secure areas are certified and accredited for the purpose; and (2) users remain aware of their location, surroundings, and the risk of being overheard or observed.
