New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 11.3.11.C.01: 11.3.11.C.01 Speakerphone controls on secure telephone systems in secure areas

For CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET systems, if a speakerphone will be used on a secure telephone system inside a secure area, agencies must ensure: (1) it sits in a room rated as audio secure; (2) the room stays audio secure throughout any conversation; (3) only cleared personnel taking part in the discussion are in the room; and (4) the Accreditation Authority has approved this exception.
