A documented, comprehensive change control process prevents unauthorized changes to the production environment (operating systems, networks, databases and applications relating to critical IT systems and gaming and entertainment applications): management evaluates proposed changes before implementation, changes are tested, a rollback plan is prepared and tested beforehand, and documentation evidences approvals, tests, rollback plans and issues. The responsible employee is named. (Group II licensees that change production must follow this MICS under ICP Note 6.)
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
