Server consoles, user terminals, portable electronic devices and kiosks lock automatically after a reasonable inactivity period set by management and are secured against unauthorized access; for portable devices and kiosks the written system describes the functions available, user access controls and network protection while in use, and for portable devices their physical safeguarding and distribution. (Group II ICP #29: consoles and unattended gaming-area terminals lock within at most one minute.)
