Netherlands Works Councils Act (WOR) 32(2): Art. 32(2) Record extra council powers in a written agreement and send a copy to the business committee

A written covenant between entrepreneur and council may give the council more powers than the Act (for example consent over additional monitoring matters, or extending a PVT's consent to 27(1)(k) and (l)) and add rules on applying the Act; the business committee receives a copy from the entrepreneur. Extra powers may also be granted by collective agreement (32(1)); agreed advice or consent rights follow arts 26 and 27(4) to (6) (32(4)) and do not apply where a collective agreement already regulates the matter (32(3)).
