At the start of each new council term the entrepreneur must give the works council written information on: its legal form (with the articles of association for a private-law legal entity); the names and residences of the natural person, partners or managing partners, or of the supervisory directors or board members; the group entrepreneurs and control relations, including international groups (31(3)); lasting relations with other undertakings or institutions essential for continuity; and the organisation of the undertaking with its directors, other key managers and the division of powers among them. Changes are reported as soon as possible (31(4)).
