Unless the decision corresponds with the council's advice, the entrepreneur must suspend implementation until one month after the day the council was informed of the decision, so that the council can appeal to the Enterprise Chamber (art. 26, within one month); the obligation lapses if the council says so. The Enterprise Chamber can order the decision withdrawn and its effects undone, or prohibit acts implementing it (art. 26(5)), and breaching such an order is prohibited.
