Level 1 (a to d): management ensures staff apply security; terms of employment and contracts state security responsibilities; return of assets and removal of access at termination are covered; and staff acknowledge their responsibilities. Level 2 adds exit briefings and removal of access within an expedited timeframe on termination (both new against ISO/IEC 27001); Level 3 adds re-acknowledgement of terms every year.
