MTCS (Singapore) 6.8: Information security liaisons (ISL)

Information security liaisons: named people maintain contact with authorities and specialist security groups. Level 1 (a to d): contact with relevant authorities (a), with special interest groups and forums (b), receipt of security bulletins and alerts from those groups (c), and awareness of emerging external risks passed on to staff (d). Level 2 adds that the liaison is reachable by cloud customers on security matters; Level 3 is the same.
