Level 1 (a to e): a physical security perimeter with entry controls; surveillance of the facility; control of delivery and loading areas and other public access points; secured offices, rooms and facilities; and access granted on a need basis and removed or adjusted on termination or change. Level 2 adds monitoring and retention of physical access logs; Level 3 is the same.
